📋 Description
• Handle financial navigation and patient motivation • Assist patients in scheduling evaluations and understanding costs • Walk patients through personalized treatment estimates and insurance questions • Update CRM and EMR records, process payments, and track authorizations
🎯 Requirements
• Background in healthcare billing or financial navigation • Track record of engaging patients with empathy and urgency • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
🏖️ Benefits
• Base Pay: $25/hour • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$70,000 annually (base + performance incentives) • Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday 11 A.M. - 7:30 P.M. EST
