📋 Description
• Lead demand planning and generation efforts across the business • Build accurate forecasts, aligning cross-functional teams • Drive smarter decisions leveraging tools and data • Connect Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance • Ensure demand signals translate into actionable plans • Lead and develop a team, introducing new capabilities and technologies
🎯 Requirements
• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (cookware or durable goods a plus) • Proven track record of leading S&OP/IBP processes • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting methodologies • Hands-on experience with demand planning tools, ideally NSPB or NetSuite • Experience leading and developing teams • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
