• Perform thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment plans focused on sensory processing, ADLs, and neuromotor development • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure therapeutic carryover beyond each visit • Work alongside Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nursing staff, and physicians to provide coordinated, holistic care • Utilize MGA’s streamlined point-of-care EHR system to reduce administrative burden and maximize patient-focused time
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program • Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain via DORA) • Current NBCOT certification and BLS/CPR • Pediatric experience preferred; robust onboarding and training available for motivated clinicians new to pediatrics • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
