• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social media video content, focused on food and recipes • Capture and edit high-quality, visually appealing footage that brings recipes to life (ingredients, prep, cooking, and final beauty shots) • Version content for various social platforms and/or client needs • Collaborate with MGH’s social teams to align content with brand guidelines, briefs, and campaign goals • Execute content efficiently, from pre-production through final delivery, often within tight timelines • Incorporate on-screen text, light motion graphics, music, and captions as needed to enhance performance • Ensure consistent lighting, framing, color, and food styling to maintain a premium yet approachable look • Adapt concepts and edits based on feedback and performance learnings
• Proven experience creating short-form food and recipe video content for social media • Strong experience with cooking and cooking techniques, with the ability to confidently prepare, stage, and showcase recipes on camera • Strong shooting and editing skills, with a clear understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram • Proficiency with video editing tools • A strong eye for food styling, composition, and visual storytelling • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader creative team • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
