• This is a remote position. • We’re seeking an Onboarding Engineer! • This role is critical to the success of every new customer and serves as the technical lead during the onboarding phase. • You’ll work closely with clients to deliver and configure our platform, ensuring each deployment meets standards, follows best practices, and sets the foundation for long-term success. • Unlike traditional support or advisory roles, this is a hands-on delivery position. • You will execute the technical setup and configuration, guiding clients through onboarding while aligning solutions with their business goals and security priorities. • Technical Deployment: Lead the hands-on setup and configuration of the platform for new customers, aligning with our standardized architecture and delivery model. • Best-Practice Implementation: Guide decisions on platform design and deployment, ensuring implementations follow industry best practices. • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand use cases, configure workflows, and maintain transparent communication. • Accelerate Time-to-Value: Drive customers to platform readiness within a 90-day onboarding target by proactively managing tasks and milestones. • Foundation for Success: Ensure each deployment is scalable and well-documented to support future growth and customization. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to align on scope, timelines, and delivery goals.
• 2+ years in a hands-on technical role in onboarding, implementation, or consulting (ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity context) • Proficiency in system configuration, data integrations, and platform troubleshooting • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and simplify technical concepts • Highly organized and proactive with a strong focus on execution • Team-oriented with experience contributing to project success • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • Certifications like CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or equivalent technical credentials are an asset
