âą Provide advanced support for network maintenance, planning, and implementation across enterprise WAN environments âą Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including Cisco ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless controllers âą Ensure stability and performance of distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments âą Support connectivity across various last-mile technologies including satellite and network services âą Implement and optimize routing, switching, wireless, and firewall configurations âą Support deployment and optimization of network monitoring platforms including Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA, ACS, ISE, and LiveAction âą Support and maintain network security solutions including Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and BlueCoat âą Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for network issues âą Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents across the enterprise âą Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff and regional technicians âą Create and maintain technical documentation for network configurations and procedures âą Contribute to modernization and optimization of enterprise network environments
âą Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field considered an asset âą Proven experience configuring, deploying, and administering large enterprise network environments âą Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware including ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless platforms âą Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills âą Experience working in distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments âą Experience with network monitoring tools such as Cisco Prime, DNA, ISE, and LiveAction âą Experience supporting content filtering and security solutions including Zscaler, Palo Alto, and BlueCoat âą Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments âą Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills âą Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience considered an asset.
