• Evaluate and evolve Tiko's global data function. • Assess current data setup and provide roadmap for data-driven operating model transition. • Ensure data teams meet business analytics needs. • Recommend optimal data team structures and governance. • Define standards and best practices for data engineering. • Conduct skills assessment and capability uplift plans for data analysts.
• 15–20+ years of deep, hands-on experience across the data engineering, architecture, and analytics lifecycle. • Proven background having held a Head of Data, Director of Data, or equivalent executive-level consulting role. • Experience working across multiple distinct organisations. • Direct experience guiding at least one successful corporate transformation into a fully data-driven enterprise.
