• Responsible for leading the electrical installation of parcel conveying systems • Interfacing with the electrical PE, project manager, and customer to complete these projects • Layout, plan, and execute specific tasks associated with installation • Understand and execute electrical installation specific to the project managers plan • Familiar with installation drawings • Track and stage materials • Plan tasks by crew • Execute to the schedule • Provide field interface with customer’s project representative(s) • Provide technical support for vendors, field installation personnel, and engineering subcontractors • Communicate project specific information with other MHS departments • Create material purchase requests • Maintain project-specific requirements while applying general knowledge of conveying systems
• Five years of material handling electrical installation experience • A state electrical license • Knowledge of low and medium voltage power systems • Troubleshooting said power systems • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to read, understand and apply customer specifications • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers • Detail-oriented work producing above-average results • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks in an effective and timely manner • Must be able to travel to job sites and customer meetings as required
