📋 Description
• Provide technical expertise during pre-award phase of engineering projects focusing on standardization and modularization • Ensure scope, schedules, and budgets meet organizational standards and expectations • Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and Amazon teams • Prepare risk assessments, identify opportunities, and share Lessons Learned for project execution • Lead multi-discipline Project Design Reviews and develop technical training materials
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering Bachelor's degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant engineering experience • 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership, with a track record of managing complex projects • Advanced knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering processes • Broad technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines • Proficient in project scheduling and resource management
