📋 Description

• Implement company project control methodology by managing and controlling the financial performance of client projects • Provide support and guidance for international purchases, importing and international tax issues • Manage financial aspects of assigned client projects in support of delivery project managers • Support international projects, including contract development and conformance, risk mitigation, project reporting and project status • Manage project billings, including validation of contract milestones, progress billings, change orders and customer invoicing • Lead customer-facing discussions regarding billing, payment status, contract payment terms and disputed invoices • Implement earned value performance measurement processes with project management teams • Interface with project accountants supporting projects • Support Finance with international tax reporting issues • Support Procurement with international purchases, importing and duties • Communicate with project managers regarding contract documents, change orders, approvals and additional services • Analyze project variances, delayed collections and forecasted cost overruns • Communicate project information to management and maintain open issue resolution • Implement process improvements for project controls and earned value measurement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of eight (8) years of related accounting experience • Advanced English • Ability to work in a high-growth environment and rapidly changing organization • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5%) • Ability to perform essential functions of the job • International project accounting experience (desired) • Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Infor LN (desired)
