📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business initiatives from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and status reporting. • Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive-level communications. • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Partner with engineering, product, architecture, QA, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution. • Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across multiple teams and workstreams. • Manage project scope and change control processes while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines. • Track project metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. • Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes while integrating traditional project management practices where appropriate. • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained. • Facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles that impact project delivery. • Contribute to PMO standards, best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale technology initiatives. • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams. • Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. • Experience delivering projects within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities. • Experience presenting project status and recommendations to senior leadership and executives. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms. • PMP certification strongly preferred. • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent. • Experience managing software development, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects. • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software delivery practices.
