📋 Description
• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Support the marketing team in enhancing and executing Microbac’s social media strategy • Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics using HubSpot or similar tools • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas aligned with current campaigns and company goals • Research industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and informative for our target audiences • Help copywrite and proof social media captions, graphics, and other promotional materials • Support the planning and promotion of webinars and industry events through social media posts • Assist in updating digital assets and helping maintain consistency in Microbac’s branding and tone • Participate in team meetings and contribute to campaign development and performance discussions
🎯 Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for engaging digital content • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus • Detail-oriented with an interest in science, health, or environmental topics • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team environment
