📋 Description

• Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing for entities in Germany and the Czech Republic • Prepare and review journal entries, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations • Coordinate accounting activities of German and Czech entities • Work with external accounting partners and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements • Manage intercompany accounting, including Group reconciliations and settlements • Support preparation of financial statements under German HGB and Czech GAAP • Work with tax advisors, auditors, and the international Group Finance team • Coordinate audit, tax, and VAT-related matters • Prepare management and Group reporting • Support treasury activities including payments and cash flow planning • Shape and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting • At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting • Experience ideally in an international, multi-entity environment • Strong knowledge of German HGB • Good knowledge of Czech GAAP • Experience with financial statements, tax, VAT, and audits • Experience in intercompany accounting, Group reporting, and consolidation processes • Familiarity with modern ERP systems such as DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable solutions • Very good Excel skills • Confident communication in German and English • Structured, analytical, and precise approach • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
