📋 Description

• You work in a dedicated team with product responsibility — for ERP, payroll or production. • You develop with Delphi 12 on an application with almost 9 million lines of code — always keeping quality in focus. • You implement user stories, perform bug analysis, maintenance and the further development of existing components. • You work closely with colleagues from Development, QA and Product Management — using agile methods such as SCRUM and OKR. • You are supported by Delphi specialists and continuously grow through pair programming, code reviews and internal knowledge-sharing formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience developing with Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 “Seattle” or newer) • Interest and perseverance to work your way into a large, mature codebase • Enjoyment in tackling complex problems • Independent, structured working style and high quality standards for your code • Team player, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaboration • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
