• Manage and strengthen the commercial relationship with Home Appliance as a key strategic account • Lead and track forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and ensure alignment with business targets • Monitor and optimize inventory levels and product catalog within the account • Plan and execute promotional strategies, pricing, and commercial initiatives • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, product) • Monitor account performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights • Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize profitability
• +5 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management or related roles • Mandatory: Experience managing Home Appliance account (minimum 1 year) • Strong experience within department store / retail channel • Proven experience managing sell-in, sell-out, forecast, and inventory • Experience in electronics, home appliances, or related industries is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • Basic English (required)
