• Full responsibility for claims files and end-to-end management: from opening to closure. • Analysis of coverages and determination of compensation in accordance with contractual clauses. • Coordination with experts, service providers and repairers to ensure effective resolution. • Support and guide clients throughout the process with clarity and empathy. • Contribute to continuous process improvement and share your expertise with more junior team members.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims management within the home and property insurance sector (MRH/MRI). • Solid knowledge of insurance conventions such as CIDRE, CIDE COP and IRSI. • Proficiency with IT tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems. • Excellent knowledge of MRH and MRI insurance products. • Ability to work independently in a full-remote environment. • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
