📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and their families • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on financial aid options • Assist students in completing financial aid applications • Conduct individual financial aid counseling sessions • Evaluate financial aid applications and determine eligibility • Collaborate with other departments for seamless support • Proactively identify scholarship opportunities • Assist in developing financial aid information sessions • Maintain accurate student financial aid records • Provide exceptional customer service
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree or equivalent is required • At least two years of customer service experience required • Customer service with a bank is preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Empathy and compassion in assisting students • Strong organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
