📋 Description

• Transcribe data to files in a complaint handling system. • Open new files, link files together, and enter approved investigation data. • Transfer complaint data into regulatory reports for submission. • Run queries of upcoming regulatory reports needed for regulatory agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four (2-4) years’ experience in a related area or equivalency. • Demonstrated human relations and communication skills. • Experience in Word Processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and other software programs along with good letter composition skills. • Proficient in Microsoft suite and general computer skills. • Grammar, writing and editing skills and proofreading competency. • Excellent organizational and functional skills. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality about information received in the course of duties in compliance with HIPPA regulations. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excellent attention to detail. • Ability to handle a large volume of work in an organized manner. • Functions well under pressure.
