📋 Description
• Facilitate engaging, student-centred online learning • Guide students through complex data science concepts • Support student learning through discussion and academic support • Assess student submissions in line with academic standards • Provide clear, constructive, and developmental feedback • Ensure consistency and fairness in marking • Critical review of qualification and material • Contribute to the design or revision of learning materials, assessments, and module content
🎯 Requirements
• A relevant Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant field (NQF 8) • Teaching, tutoring, or facilitation experience in higher education or professional learning environments • Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or similar) • Strong analytical, communication, and feedback skills • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital engagement tools • A passion for student learning, development, and academic quality
