• Act as the primary field support for the Flow and Imaging instrument install base providing onsite training and applications support post sale, as needed. • Perform onsite product demonstrations alongside Instrument Sales Specialists coordinating activities with local TSCs. • Conduct routine follow up post installation/training for existing Flow and Imaging instrument customers. • Work collaboratively in shared accounts to support the sale of flow cytometry and imaging reagents, kits, and antibodies through joint workdays with local TSC. • Plan and manages time and territory plan to ensure adequate coverage across territory and accounts. • Provide ongoing support to existing customers on flow and imaging technical questions as a follow up to incoming requests to Technical Support team. • Prepare and deliver presentations and/or seminars; answers questions and provides additional application training.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Engineering) • A minimum of 5 years of experience in biological or biomedical sciences with at least 2 years of flow cytometry and imaging experience • Experience working with researchers through scientific collaboration, applications support or technical training. • Subject matter expertise in flow cytometry, multiplex immunofluorescence and 3D immunofluorescence imaging. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. • Willingness to travel as required (up to 70%). • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must have ability to handle more than one task at a time and must work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.
