📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for clients • Lead and support a team of engineers, including test engineers • Provide mentorship and guidance to help team members reach their full potential • Collaborate with product management and design to define project goals, requirements, and timelines • Work on challenging and innovative projects using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices • Drive excellence and efficiency across the team • Provide technically competent support to the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role within the software development industry • Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Strong Java/Javascript knowledge • Strong knowledge of distributed systems using technologies like GraphQL • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure • Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for technology and continuous learning
