📋 Description

• Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and drive continuous improvement processes • Manage conflicts and impediments and coach the team on managing them • Keep stakeholders updated on team progress and deliverable status through open communication • Provide clear reports tailored to different audiences • Triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities using prior technical/coding experience • Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap and dependencies • Translate product features into requirements, features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with development teams, software architects and business stakeholders on release schedules, dates and scope • Ensure team delivery against the agreed plan • Influence product vision and break it into incremental deliverables • Assist in identifying market opportunities • Plan and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams • Proven track record of management skills in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management • Software engineering background and ability to speak comfortably in technical jargon • Ability to analyse product use cases and requirements across architecture, development, testing and deployment phases of the SDLC • Proven experience leading engineering teams • Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations • Effective communication skills
