📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable frontend solutions on **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)** using modern frontend technologies and best practices. • Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring high performance, maintainability, scalability, and responsiveness across eCommerce applications. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Design and integrate RESTful APIs while ensuring efficient data flow across the platform. • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior and senior engineers to foster technical excellence. • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. • Champion engineering standards, coding guidelines, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices. • Contribute to technical roadmap planning, solution design, estimation, and sprint planning. • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, SFCC capabilities, and eCommerce trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–15+ years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in frontend development and eCommerce platforms. • Hands-on experience with **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)**, including **SFRA architecture** and storefront customization. • Strong proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)**, and **React**. • Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications. • Strong understanding of **RESTful APIs**, frontend integration patterns, and headless commerce concepts. • Experience with **Git**, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. • Good understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional global teams. • Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and influence architectural decisions. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
