📋 Description

• Edit a growing library of short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms • Turn footage filmed with accredited and verified psychologists into high-quality, creative, engaging content at scale and at a fast rate • Cut and edit each filming pack into short- and long-form content over approximately 2/3 days • Use creative editing techniques including hooks, pacing changes, pattern interrupts, kinetic typography, captions, B-roll, sound effects, music beds, transitions, visual effects, colour grading, and CTAs • Optimise exports for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms • Complete an editing task for one psychologist if shortlisted

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form content for social media • Strong creative instincts and understanding of viewer retention • Proficiency with professional editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro • Experience with captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, colour grading, and visual effects • Comfortable using AI-generated visuals, video, and creative tools • Ability to work independently and take creative ownership • Professional hardware capable of handling raw footage, colour grading, and high-quality exports • Comfortable using two-camera angles, punch-ins, zooms, hooks, fast cuts, pacing changes, pattern interrupts, kinetic typography, animated text, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, creative B-roll, overlays, sound effects, music beds, split screens, animated captions, colour grading, LUTs, creative transitions, visual effects, strong CTAs, loop-friendly endings, and removing dead air and filler words • Ability to deliver reels at 1080 x 1920 (9:16 vertical), minimum bitrate 24,000 KB/s, H.264 or equivalent codec, and 24, 25, or 30fps matching original footage where possible
