📋 Description

• Support Value Identification & Adoption Initiatives • Assist the sales team in preparing demos, business cases, and customer presentations • Help execute Proof-of-Value projects and explore how customers can benefit from our SaaS solution • Collaborate with the Mindfuel Value Acceleration team on customer engagements • Configure Delight to meet customer needs (with guidance from senior team members) • Help set up workflows and automations in Delight and related tools • Collect and document customer feedback for our product and GTM teams • Help prepare management-level presentations and reports • Contribute to best practice documentation and templates • Support initiatives that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and structure • A proactive, self-driven mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and methods • Interest in Data & AI topics and how technology creates measurable business value • Fluent in German and English
