📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients in: • Detox • Residential treatment • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing, and case management teams • Provide clinical oversight and support for detox protocols and stabilization • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings • Support continuity of care and discharge planning • Respond to on-call clinical needs during assigned coverage periods • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Current PMHNP certification • Active New Mexico and Nevada APRN license (required) • Active DEA license (required) • Ability to practice independently under New Mexico scope of practice • Experience in substance use treatment, detox, residential, or IOP settings preferred • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex psychiatric presentations • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable working remotely and managing time across multiple programs
