Mindful Paths Psychological Testing is a Massachusetts-based clinical practice that provides psychologist-led diagnostic evaluations and specialized psychological testing for ages ~9–99. They emphasize affordable, insurance-covered testing by using psychometricians for test administration and licensed psychologists for interpretation, operate in-network with major Massachusetts insurance plans, and offer a hybrid care model (virtual intake/results and in-person iPad-based testing) from locations in North Andover and Plymouth, MA.

📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and intake appointments. • Conduct feedback sessions with patients and families. • Maintain a typical caseload of 25–30 scheduled client sessions per week. • Ensure clinical care aligns with professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards. • Complete timely and accurate session notes, treatment plans, diagnostic reports, and clinical assessments. • Maintain compliance with documentation standards set by Mindful Paths and insurance requirements. • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to enhance clinical practices. • Support onboarding efforts for new clinical team members as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Active Massachusetts license: LMHC or LICSW • 2–3 years of psychological testing assessments. • Experience completing intake appointments and conducting feedback sessions. • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
