📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create high-quality static advertisements for Meta campaigns across feed, story, and carousel formats • Use Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva AI, and other AI image generation tools to develop creative concepts and on-brand imagery • Write effective AI prompts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines • Refine and enhance AI-generated images using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and creative experimentation • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives based on CTR, CPC, and ROAS • Ensure creative assets meet Meta advertising specifications and maintain brand consistency • Incorporate feedback and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines • Stay updated on emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and advertising best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in static ad design, preferably for Meta advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and composition • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools, including prompt writing and image refinement • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma • Portfolio demonstrating static advertising creatives, including AI-assisted designs • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising performance metrics • Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands (good to have) • Basic copywriting skills for ad headlines, hooks, and promotional messaging (good to have) • Understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused creative strategies (good to have) • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven creative optimization (good to have)
