📋 Description

• Design and edit video ads for social media (FaceMake data-driven adjustments resulting from our testing and tracking strategy on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & others). • Learn consumer behaviour and explore effective marketing tactics. • Partner with internal content creators and UGC contributors to produce compelling video ads. • Continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas to the Ads Department. • Monitor market trends and seamlessly integrate them into the video editing process. • Keep an open mind and actively seek out new approaches (AI shortcuts) to engage and captivate customers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience creating and editing social media video ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) in a fast-growing working environment. • Updated portfolio of video ads you've worked on. • Real interest in Marketing, Sales, and social media, with a desirable knack for e-Commerce. • Passion for growth, achieving goals, and constant improvement. • Staying updated on the latest developments in video editing trends, and associated technologies.
