📋 Description

• Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok • Generate and test hypotheses to improve creative performance • Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data • Research competitors and market trends, turning insights into actionable ideas • Experiment with new formats, concepts, and design approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer / Creative Designer • Experience creating digital advertising creatives • Strong skills in graphic and motion design tools • Ability to analyze performance and think in hypotheses • Confident use of AI tools and awareness of industry trends • Portfolio with real projects and ideas
