📋 Description

• Analyze new feature rollouts to determine their true value to the user and impact on the product • Dig deep into data to uncover product growth points, focusing on user retention, activity, and drop‑offs • Define, build, and track core metrics—retention, activation, engagement, and conversion • Conduct deep analysis of A/B tests, guiding the process from generating hypotheses to formulating actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics • Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries (experience with BigQuery is a major plus) • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar) • Strive to understand the "why" behind the data and use it to influence product decisions • Practical knowledge of A/B testing, independently run tests, understand statistical significance, and interpret results
