📋 Description

• Build and develop the Mindly product • Understand user needs and pressing problems • Shape and evaluate potential solutions • Contribute to AI-powered experiences, workflows, and the AI Companion • Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery • Work closely with the Product Team and CEO • Independently drive the full development cycle from problem identification to production launch • Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js • Experience with TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL • Product thinking focused on solving user problems • Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows • Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to design scalable, maintainable systems • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools • Mobile app development experience is a plus • Ability to work from anywhere within the CET or EET time zone
