📋 Description

• Create strong visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project • Apply expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems to create cohesive, modern, and impactful brand assets • Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements • Enforce brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits • Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems aligned with modern design standards • Validate designs across platforms to ensure brand aesthetics translate across digital and print mediums • Apply as a specialist, pass qualification(s), and contribute to aligned projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus • Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines • Deep understanding of how core branding translates across digital and print mediums • Strategic, detail-obsessed approach • Ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems • Expertise in building foundational brand assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma • Proven ability to translate brand DNA across digital social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials • Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries • Strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity • Strong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a brand gatekeeper • Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets • Portfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CV • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
