• Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore and develop multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles across assets to maintain a consistent visual identity • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work across varied visual design tasks for the Tendem project
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including relevant logo design, branding, or visual identity examples • CV in English • CV must include a link to a portfolio with relevant graphic design work; applications without a portfolio link will not be considered • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and practical application across formats • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Exceptional grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition • Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Deep proficiency with Figma • Ability to design both one-pagers and digital templates across different media • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset • Dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade assets • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above, required
