📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets for real-world use cases for the Tendem project • Design distinctive logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles consistently across different assets and formats • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable social media templates, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work independently across diverse visual design tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio link included in CV; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design cases will not be considered • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition • Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Deep proficiency with Figma • Ability to design one-pagers and digital templates across different media constraints • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset • Strong dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade visual assets • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above • CV submitted in English • 10–20 hours per week during active project phases is the estimated availability expectation
