📋 Description

• Design professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles consistently across different assets and formats • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable social media, marketing, and one-pager templates • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition to elevate materials • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work across a variety of visual design tasks for the Tendem project • Complete project-based freelance tasks during active project phases, estimated at 10–20 hours per week • Complete the qualification process and contribute on an individual schedule

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio examples demonstrating original logo concepts and translation of brand ideas into visual solutions • Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued • Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems • Ability to work independently and solve visual challenges • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Exceptional layout, typography, grid system, and visual composition skills • Proven ability to create modern infographics and social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and Figma • Ability to adapt designs across one-pagers and digital templates • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset • Dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade assets • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • CV in English with a portfolio link; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design cases will not be considered • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
