📋 Description

• Design distinctive, professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles across assets to maintain a consistent visual identity • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work across varied visual design tasks for the Tendem project, including logo design, brand identity, visual concepts, layouts, infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and other marketing assets • Complete the qualification process and contribute to projects aligned with your skills

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio should include original logo concepts and visual identity projects • Broader portfolio experience with social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued • Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems • Ability to work independently and solve visual challenges • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and application across formats • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition • Proven ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Deep proficiency with Figma • Ability to design across one-pagers and digital templates, adapting to different media constraints • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset • Strong dedication to polished, professional-grade assets • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • CV must include a link to a portfolio with relevant graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant cases will not be considered • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required
