📋 Description

• Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from textual copy, outlines, or existing drafts • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and developer- or no-code-ready sections • Prepare and securely package production-ready files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specifications • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery • Own the look and feel of web-based materials for the Tendem project • Work on marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven layouts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio heavily focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers • Experience converting rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems into structured, implementation-ready web designs • User-centric, conversion-minded approach • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems • Expertise in high-converting, pitch-style landing pages • Understanding of preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for developer or no-code implementation via tools such as Webflow or Framer • Ability to maintain brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver production-ready assets quickly • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above, required • CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without relevant portfolio cases will not be considered • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related creative/technical fields is a plus
