📋 Description

• Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts. • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and developer- or no-code-ready sections. • Organize Figma frames, export assets, and detail specifications for production-ready handoff. • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials. • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and alignment with modern web trends before delivery. • Own the look and feel of web-based materials for the Tendem project. • Apply UI/web design, layout, and visual communication expertise to create clean, on-brand, implementation-ready designs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable. • Strong portfolio heavily focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers. • Experience working from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems. • Ability to convert concepts into structured, implementation-ready web designs. • User-centric, conversion-minded approach. • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems. • Expertise in conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages. • Understanding of preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer. • Ability to maintain brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks. • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends. • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently. • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required. • CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered.
