📋 Description

• Create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases • Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences • Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalism and precise information hierarchy • Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual design • Apply a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative style across deliverables • Validate visual alignment, pacing, formatting quality, and brand adherence before final delivery • Contribute to Tendem project work aligned with personal expertise

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable • Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization • Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design • Methodical, detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar presentation software • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma • Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling • Advanced typography and animation skills, including custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations • Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above required • CV must include a link to a portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization • Applications without a portfolio link or relevant presentation cases will not be considered
