📋 Description

• Create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases for the Tendem project • Apply visual communication, information design, and storytelling expertise • Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers for specific audiences • Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalist design and precise information hierarchy • Enhance presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual design • Maintain a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative style across deliverables • Validate visual alignment, pacing, formatting quality, and brand adherence before final delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus • Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization • Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design • Methodical, detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and transform complex narratives into premium visuals • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma • Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling • Advanced skills in custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations • Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required) • CV must include a link to a portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization; applications without a portfolio link or relevant presentation cases will not be considered
