📋 Description

• Create high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components • Organize Figma frames, export assets, and document specifications for developer or no-code implementation • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery • Own the look and feel of web-based materials for the Tendem project

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems • Expertise in conversion-driven, pitch-style landing page layouts • Understanding of developer handoff and digital asset preparation for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer • Ability to maintain cross-platform brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks • Structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded design approach • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver production-ready assets quickly • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above, required • CV must include a portfolio link with relevant web design examples
