• Manage a team of Registered Guidance Counselors • Ensure quality delivery of counseling services • Conduct counseling sessions in a private area • Document sessions as required • Communicate issues related to sessions
🎯 Requirements
• MA in Guidance Counseling • Professional Regulatory Commission License in Guidance Counseling • At least 2 years of counseling or therapeutic work or internship experience • Understanding of psychological concepts • Good grasp of different therapeutic techniques • A guiding therapeutic theory, system, or framework • Good and clear communication skills • Has experience in a managerial/supervisory position
