📋 Description

• Develop solutions and agents based on large language models (LLMs) for integration into the company's products, processes, and services; • Perform fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models; • Design and implement data pipelines for model training and evaluation, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation; • Integrate generative AI models with corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows; • Explore and apply RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and hybrid architectures; • Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics; • Propose continuous improvements to the systems;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cognitive Computing (preferred); • Knowledge of language models, including their limitations and capabilities; • Proficiency in Python; • Familiarity with the AI model lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring; • Proficiency with version control tools; • Strong communication skills to explain technical approaches to non-technical audiences;
