📋 Description
• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression, addressing guests by name • Contribute to high level of services according to the Standard Operations Manual • Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual • Ensure all equipment associated with service functions at all times • Answer guest questions related to services and explain treatment benefits • Assist with demonstrations and events as required • Participate in new training and refresher programs as required
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma • Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year • Luxury hotel experience is a must • Passion for excellent service • Excellent team player and great communication skills • Willingness to relocate to remote area • Ability to participate in training and refresher programs
