📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and maintain COBOL/CICS and Natural/Natural One programs according to technical specifications • Support the analysis and resolution of service requests and minor incidents in production environments • Perform corrections and adjustments to existing routines under technical guidance • Prepare and execute unit and functional tests using platform tools such as KDZ • Track the lifecycle of requests on the platform, ensuring delivery timelines and quality • Support the analysis of functional and technical requirements • Keep system technical documentation and operating manuals up to date • Support the identification and analysis of issues in Mainframe systems • Participate in team ceremonies and activities using Scrum and Kanban methodologies • Work with more experienced professionals to develop technical skills and knowledge of business rules

🎯 Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Mainframe environments • Knowledge of COBOL • Knowledge of COBOL/CICS • Knowledge of Natural/Natural One • Practical understanding of DB2 • Basic knowledge of SQL • Understanding of the structure and manipulation of VSAM files • Knowledge of or experience in creating and executing test scripts • Knowledge of the KDZ tool is considered an asset • Basic understanding of algorithm analysis • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban concepts and ceremonies • Familiarity with data modeling tools such as CASE or ERwin • Ability to read and interpret data modeling diagrams • Basic understanding of Structured Systems Analysis • Academic or professional experience in projects involving Mainframe systems • Experience maintaining and supporting production systems
