📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and optimize data ingestion, transformation and delivery pipelines. • Build scalable solutions using Python, PySpark and Databricks. • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes ensuring data quality, performance and governance. • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists and business teams to translate requirements into efficient solutions. • Model structured and unstructured data, ensuring organization, consistency and data quality. • Implement validation, monitoring and observability mechanisms for data pipelines. • Investigate and resolve issues related to performance, processing failures and data inconsistencies. • Develop optimized SQL queries and contribute to continuous performance improvements of the environments. • Document pipelines, processes and business rules to ensure maintainability and future evolution of solutions. • Participate in agile ceremonies and technical alignments with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python focused on data processing and manipulation. • Knowledge of PySpark and distributed data processing. • Experience with Databricks for developing, running and optimizing data pipelines. • Knowledge of Delta Lake, including data versioning and management. • Proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, building complex queries and performance optimization. • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines. • Familiarity with data engineering best practices, including source control, testing, monitoring and observability. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
