📋 Description

• Assess the suitability of processes for automation, considering complexity and added value. • Analyze processes (AS IS) and propose solutions (TO BE) for processes not eligible for RPA. • Efficiently manage the process backlog, with strategic prioritization. • Develop and document business rules in detail, facilitating understanding and alignment with the business area. • Provide full support during testing and acceptance/homologation, ensuring compliance and resolving automation-related incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Experience and knowledge in process management, including mapping of administrative processes. • Knowledge of process modeling with Bizagi (BPMN). • Active contribution to the development and preparation of environments for automation. • Facilitate requirement-gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding of key resources.
