📋 Description

• Handle, process and resolve energy-related cases and issues • Assist with delinquency and billing default issues • Provide responses to customer requests • Handle dissatisfied or irate customers • Assist customers who have previously attempted to resolve the same issue • Work with sensitive data when responding to requests • Participate in training and development programs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (completed) • Must be at least 18 years old • Basic computer skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Customer service experience required
