📋 Description

• Handle, process and resolve customer cases and energy-related issues, such as billing • Assist with delinquency and overdue payment issues • Respond to customer requests to prevent escalation to legal or regulatory bodies • Handle interactions with dissatisfied or high-friction customers • Assist customers who have previously tried to resolve the same issue • Work with customers involving sensitive data and provide appropriate responses to their requests • Participate in trainings and development sessions to improve skills • Contribute to company results by meeting established targets and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must be at least 18 years old • Basic computer skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Previous customer service experience required
